We collect the information you provide when creating an account (name, email) and when building your academic profile (education history, test scores, target countries and courses, budget). This profile data powers university matching, scholarship discovery and your application roadmap.
How we use your information
Your data is used only to operate AeroScholar AI: generating university and scholarship matches, cost estimates, research reports and application plans. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
AI processing
Profile details you provide may be sent to AI models to generate personalised recommendations. We share the minimum context needed for each feature and never include your password or payment credentials in AI requests.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by our payment providers. AeroScholar AI does not store your full card or bank account details on our servers.
Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely in our cloud database with row-level access controls, so only you (and, where required for support, authorised staff) can access your profile and saved results.
Your rights
You may update or correct your profile at any time from Settings, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
